Upgrades In order to improve a spraybooth's performance, we can upgrade the equipment to improve air flows and extraction, filtration and lighting. The bake cycle efficiency can also be improved on any 'once-through' spraybooths by installing a re-cycle system to significantly cut fuel costs. Sophisticated 'INVERTER' systems can be retro-fitted to most spraybooths to significantly decrease running costs by controlling the air-flows and reducing the fuel consumption to a minimum at all times that paint is not being sprayed. The system is completely automatic and operates completely transparently to the sprayer; no operator intervention is required.
